Terms of service
These terms apply to the online store service provided by SKM Solutions ("we", "us") to sellers ("you").
The service
We provide an online store on a domain registered in your name, hosting, SSL certificates, software updates and a seller dashboard. You are responsible for the products you list, their prices, taxes, delivery, returns and your dealings with your customers.
Payments
Plans are prepaid yearly. Domains are registered for one year at a time and renew together with your plan. If a plan is not renewed, the store is paused 3 days after the end of the paid period; your data is kept for 30 days.
Payments from your customers
Money your customers pay through UPI, bank transfer, cash on delivery or your own Razorpay / Cashfree account goes directly to you. We do not hold or process your customers' payments.
Acceptable use
You may not sell items that are illegal in India, counterfeit or prohibited by your payment provider. We may suspend stores that break these rules.
Domains
Domains are registered through our registrar partner in your name and remain yours. On request, we will help you transfer a domain away after paying any dues.
