Refund & cancellation policy

Plan fees can be refunded in full if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment. Domain registration fees are not refundable once the domain is registered, as the registry charges us immediately.

Renewals can be cancelled any time before the renewal date. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days. Write to [email protected].
